The Challenge: The Aftersales Marketing Manager wanted to achieve a better understanding of the team requirements and challenges in each of his 9 European markets.

The Result: Working closely with all the key territory managers, I developed a confidential staff survey to identify the issues, which enabled me to find solutions and establish a new internal comms plan. This greatly improved the teams’ relationships with both the UK and US head offices.
