The Challenge: EY were in the midst of introducing a new global corporate identity, but needed a senior, impartial marketing professional to manage the transition and liaise between the agencies, the Partners and the EMEA marketing team.

The Result: Ensuring the senior team were comfortable with the change, and separating subjective creative judgement from the brief requirements was critical to the success of this project. Following the successful launch, I was asked to help devise an internal comms strategy for a highly sensitive and confidential global restructure programme.
